Erie, PA (March 10, 2023) – Two tractor-trailers were involved in a serious collision that took place on a major highway in Erie on the morning of Friday, March 10.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-90 around the area of exit 41. Police confirmed that two tractor-trailers were traveling in the area when they became involved in a collision with one another due to reasons that are not fully known. Both trucks had extensive damage due to the collision.

Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One person sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured party was hospitalized but their current condition is not yet known.
