Willow Street, PA – Brian Allison Killed in Fatal Truck Accident on Willow St

Willow Street, PA (October 11, 2022) – On Tuesday morning, October 11, a man was killed in a fatal truck accident that took place in Willow Street.

According to West Lampeter Township Police, the accident happened before 1 a.m. at the intersection of Willow Street Pike and Long Lane. Due to reasons that are not fully known, a semi-truck and an SUV collided with each other. The involved vehicles sustained immense damage as a result of the accident.

Several local responders, including West Lampeter fire crews and EMS crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The driver of the involved SUV, identified as 51-year-old Brian Lee Allison, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene due to traumatic injuries. The driver of the truck was not injured in the collision.

Due to the severity of the accident, all lanes of traffic were blocked at the intersection for about five hours.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues. Police will update with more information as it becomes available.
