Wharton Township, PA (August 6, 2024) – At least two people were seriously injured in a major vehicle crash that took place along a local roadway on Tuesday, August 6.
According to Wharton Township Police, a car crash shut down both lanes of Route 40 in Wharton Township on Tuesday morning, August 6. Fayette County dispatchers said the crash happened at around 11:00 a.m. Multiple people were injured in the crash and were taken to the hospital, dispatchers added.
