Somerset County, PA (December 29, 2023) – One individual was taken to a nearby hospital after an accident on U.S. 219 in Somerset County.
A report of a two-vehicle rollover was received around 5:15 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, according to the Somerset County Department of Emergency Services. Once crews got there, they verified an entrapment and trauma arrest. Officials said that one individual was taken to the hospital after the incident. Several fire departments from Cambria County, including those in Conemaugh Township, Jerome, Richland Township, Conemaugh Township EMS, and East Hills EMS, were sent to the area. An investigation is still ongoing at this time, however.
