Philadelphia, PA – Critical Pedestrian Accident at Broad St & Lombard St

Philadelphia, PA (April 2, 2023) – A woman was critically injured in a serious pedestrian accident that took place at a Philadelphia intersection on the night of Saturday, April 1.

According to Philadelphia Police, the accident happened at 11 p.m. at the intersection of Broad Street and Lombard Street. Police confirmed that a woman was crossing the street at the intersection when she was suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle traveling through the area. The driver stopped and remained at the scene, claiming that they were unable to stop their vehicle in time when they noticed the woman.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other Philadelphia responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need.
