Motor vehicle accidents take place for a variety of reasons in the state of Pennsylvania. One of the most common factors that we see in automobile collisions is speeding. Drivers who are traveling too fast are more likely to lose control of their vehicles and crash into others. Unfortunately, high-speed crashes often result in more severe injuries for those involved.
In addition to speeding, we see many accidents take place due to drivers who are under the influence. Drivers who are drunk or under the influence of drugs may struggle to maintain control of their vehicles. These drivers often experience delayed reaction times and have problems making responsible decisions. Distractions are another common factor in many accidents that lead to serious injuries across our state. Drivers who are not paying attention to the road are likely to crash into other vehicles nearby.
No matter what caused your accident to take place, the consequences can be life-changing. If another person has caused an accident that left you severely harmed, you need to act quickly to protect your rights and best interests.
