Easton, PA – Passenger Killed in Fatal Car Crash on Freemansburg Ave

Easton, PA (March 29, 2022) – One person lost their life in a fatal car crash that took place on a roadway in Easton on Tuesday afternoon, March 29.

According to Northampton Police, the accident happened around noon at 3900 Freemansburg Avenue. A driver was traveling in the area when it is alleged that they lost control of their vehicle, causing it to slam into a pole and a concrete wall before it came to a stop. The accident led to extensive damages to the involved vehicle.

Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The passenger inside the vehicle, identified as an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene due to traumatic injuries.

Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked around the area of Linden Street for some time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
