Downingtown, PA - Two Hurt in Head-on Collision on Rte 322 at Brandywine Ave

Downingtown, PA (June 14, 2024) – On Wednesday evening, June 13, a head-on collision in Downingtown resulted in at least two people sustaining injuries, and troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police launched an on-scene inquiry into the incident.

The collision occurred near Brandywine Avenue, between Boot Road and Bradford Road, but Route 322 was open again to traffic by about 8:00 p.m. Several victims were transported to nearby hospitals in stable condition, along with at least two drivers who were also taken to a local medical center. No further details were released, however, and an investigation is still ongoing.
