Chanceford Twp, PA (November 29, 2025) – An 80-year-old woman died on November 28 after a head-on crash at Route 74 and Bacon Road. The wreck happened shortly after 5:30 p.m. when first responders were called to the intersection for a two-vehicle collision.

According to officials, a GMC Envoy traveled south on Route 74 as a Subaru Outback drove north. The SUV then struck the Envoy head-on. The passenger in the Envoy died at the scene from her injuries. Medics took the other victims to a hospital, but their conditions remain unknown. Troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate the deadly crash.
