Philadelphia, PA – Pedestrian Crash on Ogontz Ave near W Olney Ave Takes One Life
Philadelphia, PA (September 8, 2023) – A fatal North Philadelphia pedestrian accident occurred on Wednesday evening that claimed one person’s life.
The accident occurred at around 11:00 p.m. on September 6.
According to reports from the Philadelphia Police Department, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area near Ogontz Avenue and West Olney Avenue during the evening hours. The impact of the crash caused the pedestrian to be lifted off the road. The pedestrian hit the windshield of the vehicle, resulting in significant damage.
The pedestrian, who has not been identified publicly, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
No other injuries occurred as a result of this crash.
