We offer our warmest condolences to the family and friends of the victim who lost their life in this accident.
Pedestrians are the most at-risk parties on our roads in Pennsylvania when it comes to accidents. This is due to the fact that pedestrians are incredibly vulnerable on our roadways and have no protections from harm in an accident. Between 2012 and 2020, approximately 158 pedestrians were killed on average in Pennsylvania accidents. More precautions need to be taken so that pedestrians can be kept safe from harm on our roads, as these accidents continue to happen due to the recklessness of others. If you have lost a loved one in a fatal pedestrian crash, it is imperative that you speak with an attorney that you can rely on.
