Pittsburgh, PA (February 8, 2025) – Two people were hurt in a crash on the Parkway North on Saturday afternoon, February 8, according to area officers.
According to PennDOT’s 511 Map, a multi-vehicle crash was reported just before 1:00 p.m. on northbound Interstate 279 after the Hazlett Street on-ramp. The crash temporarily caused a lane restriction.
An Allegheny County 911 dispatcher also confirmed that two people were taken to hospitals from the scene. The severity of their injuries is not currently known, however. No other details have been reported after the collision, and police have not verified the total number of individuals involved, but an investigation is still ongoing. Witnesses were asked to come forward as soon as possible.
