Philadelphia, PA – Man Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash at 52nd St & Chestnut St

Philadelphia, PA (July 8, 2023) – On Saturday morning, July 8, a man was killed in a fatal motorcycle accident that took place at a Philadelphia intersection.

According to Philadelphia officials, the accident happened around 2 a.m. at the intersection of 52^nd Street and Chestnut Street. Police confirmed that a motorcyclist was traveling in the area when they entered the intersection and became involved in a collision with an SUV. The motorcycle was extensively damaged due to the collision.

Several responders, including Philadelphia paramedics and fire crews, were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The motorcyclist, identified as a 30-year-old male, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene due to traumatic injuries.
