Workplace Accidents in Pennsylvania
Workplace accidents do not happen as commonly as other incidents in Pennsylvania. However, when they do occur, they tend to lead to some of the most catastrophic harm. Employers and employees are supposed to work together to ensure that workplaces are kept safe from harm. However, this does not always happen and lives are risked and even lost due to these accidents. In fact, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that over 25 people lost their lives in fatal workplace accidents in 2020 alone in Pennsylvania. On top of this, many others were seriously injured as a result of these horrific incidents. If you or someone you love has been hurt in a workplace accident, you have options. It is important that you speak with an attorney that you can trust in your time of need.
Facing a workplace accident on your own can be difficult to deal with. You may have questions that only a skilled attorney will be able to help you answer. For instance, what evidence do you need to hold a party liable for a workplace accident? What deadlines will you be required to meet when it comes to moving forward with a successful injury claim? Will your case be settled or will it make it all the way to trial? These are questions that you can answer with the help of a New Hollard personal injury lawyer on your side.
