McKeesport, PA – One Injured in Car Crash at 12th St & Walnut St

McKeesport, PA (September 13, 2022) – Around 11 p.m. on the night of Sunday, September 11, one person sustained injuries in a car accident in McKeesport.

According to Pittsburgh officials, the accident happened at the intersection of 12^th Street and Walnut Street near the area of the Booker T Washington Lodge. Police confirmed that several vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time and collided with each other. The involved vehicles were badly damaged in the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other local responders were immediately called to the scene to help those in need. One victim, who has not yet been identified, was injured in the collision. The party was rushed to the hospital for treatment, though their condition is not yet known.

The roadway was blocked at the intersection for an extended period of time. Police said that nobody is expecting charges as of yet.
