Lansdale, PA – Police Cruiser-Involved Accident at Valley Forge Rd & Snyder Rd

Lansdale, PA (August 4, 2022) – Injuries stemmed from a car accident involving a police cruiser that happened at an intersection in Lansdale on Tuesday morning, August 2.

According to Upper Gwynedd Police Department officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Valley Forge Road and Snyder Road. Officers found that a police cruiser and a Toyota Prius collided with each other due to reasons that are not fully known. The involved vehicles were extensively damaged as a result of the crash.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. There was a total of four people who sustained injuries as a result of the crash. The injured parties were treated at the scene and then rushed to local hospitals for further treatment. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for some time. Police worked to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
