Unfortunately, serious car accidents happen far too often in our state, with over 1,100 deaths each year in Pennsylvania alone. Various acts of negligence continue to contribute to the number of accidents that take place in Pennsylvania every year. Some of the most common causes of these accidents include failing to yield. For instance, when drivers do not yield to pedestrians who are passing in the area nearby, they can strike them and cause severe or fatal injuries.
If you've sustained serious injuries or your loved one has lost their life as a result of a fatal crash that was caused by the careless or reckless actions of another motorist, your family may have legal options to help you move forward.
