Chippewa Township, PA (December 28, 2024) – Local news footage and area police confirmed that two people were hurt in a multi-vehicle crash in Chippewa Township on Saturday.
Members of the Chippewa Township Volunteer Fire Department said the crash happened at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at Emmett Drive and Route 51, adding that three vehicles had crashed.
Two people were taken to a hospital, and one of the vehicles had a smoking engine that firefighters cooled. Officers added that two of the three vehicles had to be towed away. Crews were at the scene for just over half an hour, firefighters said. However, the crash is currently being investigated by law enforcement, and no further details have been released.
