Arnold, PA - One Hospitalized After House Fire on Kimball Ave

Arnold, PA (January 25, 2025) – Officials say that one person had to be sent to the hospital on Saturday night, January 25, after a house fire broke out in Arnold, Westmoreland County.

According to Westmoreland County 911, crews were called to a fire in the 1800 block of Kimball Avenue just after 8:00 p.m. Saturday. Emergency responders confirmed the homeowner was transported to an area hospital. Their condition remains unknown.

The post says witnesses reported smoke and flames emanating from the third floor and spreading through an open void between the two units. Firefighters quickly contained the flames, but an extensive overhaul was required to ensure no hot spots remained. However, the investigation into the circumstances of the fire continued, and witnesses were asked to contact Arnold Police officers or Pennsylvania State Police fire marshals.
