Car accidents are often devastating. Unfortunately, tens of thousands of collisions that result in serious injuries are reported in Pennsylvania each year. In many cases, victims suffer severe trauma to the head, broken bones, and other serious injuries that affect their lives forever.
After being harmed in an accident, car crash victims have the ability to seek compensation from the person who is responsible. In order to do so, they must be able to prove negligence existed when filing a personal injury claim. This can be done by showing that the defendant was speeding, impaired, or negligent.
Unfortunately, it is not always that easy. The insurance company for the defendant will do everything in their power to try to shift the blame onto you after an accident. For this reason, it is vital for you to have a skilled Pennsylvania car accident lawyer on your side. An attorney will be able to help you investigate the accident and put together solid evidence on your behalf against the defendant.
