Sedan Hits Pedestrian, Flees Scene on Broadway Blvd in Pitcairn, PA

Pitcairn, PA (May 22, 2026) – A woman was struck by a light-colored sedan and left in critical condition Thursday night, May 21, in the 400 block of Broadway Boulevard in Pitcairn. The vehicle fled the scene after hitting her.

The Allegheny County Police and emergency units responded and assessed the woman at the scene before taking her to a hospital. Her identity and age were not included in the initial report on the accident.

The sedan involved has not been identified as of this report. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
