Pittsburgh, PA (June 23, 2024) – A police officer and several other victims are now recovering after a car accident sent them to the hospital overnight, per local authorities.
Pittsburgh police say the officer was struck by a car trying to turn left in the area of Grant Street and Seventh Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh just after 2:00 a.m. on Sunday. The officer sustained a head injury and was transported to an area hospital, while a handful of other victims were assessed for injuries at the scene.
