Philadelphia, PA - Teen Hospitalized in Vehicle Crash at Broad & Pike Sts

Philadelphia, PA (August 17, 2025) – A teen has been hospitalized after, officials said, she was hurt in a crash that happened along North Broad Street in North Philadelphia early Sunday, August 17.

According to police, a 19-year-old woman has been taken to the hospital after she was involved in a crash that happened just before 4:30 a.m. on Sunday near the intersection of North Broad and West Pike Streets.

Officials could be spotted at the scene of a crash involving two vehicles on Sunday. One vehicle could be seen after crashing into a steel fence, while the other was resting in the median of the roadway.

It's unclear what led to the accident. However, an investigation into the incident is ongoing, and witnesses were asked to contact local officers if they had details or insight related to the accident.
