Philadelphia, PA – One Hurt in Car Crash on Cottman Ave near Bustleton Ave

Philadelphia, PA (October 13, 2023) – A major motor vehicle accident was reported in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia that left one person critically injured.

Officers with the Philadelphia Police Department were notified of the crash at around 805 p.m. on October 12.

According to official reports, a collision between vehicles blocked Cottman Avenue in the area of Bustleton Avenue during the evening hours. Authorities arrived at the scene and located damaged vehicles blocking several lanes at the intersection.

One person involved in the crash was critically injured. The victim was treated on-site and transported to a local hospital. At this time, the Philadelphia Police Department is investigating.
