Gettysburg, PA (November 19, 2024) – Four people were hospitalized in a multi-vehicle crash in Adams County on Tuesday evening, November 19.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, at around 5:40 p.m. on November 19, troopers responded to a head-on crash involving four vehicles in the 1500 block of Carlisle Pike. Four people were sent to the hospital, with at least one sustaining severe injuries.
Police said the first car was traveling south in the left lane of State Route 94 when they crossed over to the center lane and struck the second vehicle, causing a chain-reaction collision involving at least two additional motorists. Meanwhile, witnesses were asked to contact the Gettysburg PD or PSP if they had additional information. An investigation remains ongoing in the interim.
