Carroll Valley, PA – Several People Checked by EMS After Morning Crash on Waynesboro Pke

Carroll Valley, PA (February 26, 2026) – Several people were checked out by EMS after a two-vehicle wreck on Waynesboro Pike on Wednesday morning, February 25, according to Fairfield Fire & EMS.

Photos posted by the agency show that both vehicles sustained heavy front-end damage and were rendered undrivable. Responders evaluated the occupants of both vehicles at the scene and their injuries, which were serious but not life-threatening. 

Firefighters helped direct traffic around the crash until the vehicles were towed, the roadway was cleared, and debris was removed. Motorists traveling in the area were advised to use caution as emergency crews worked to manage traffic and secure the scene.

The cause of the crash has not yet been determined, and authorities continue to investigate.
