Spring Twp., PA – Facial Injuries After Two-Vehicle Crash at Woodside & Penn Aves

Spring Township, PA (December 5, 2025) – At least one person sustained facial injuries following a two-vehicle crash on November 5 at the intersection of Woodside Avenue and Penn Avenue in the West Lawn section of Spring Township.

According to reports from Fire Alerts of Berks County, the crash occurred shortly after 8:27 a.m. Emergency units from Station P34 responded to the scene, where they found two vehicles involved in the collision.

Initial information confirmed that at least one individual suffered facial injuries. Paramedics assessed the victims at the scene, but details regarding the total number of injured individuals or the extent of their injuries have not yet been released.
