Philadelphia, PA - Unknown Injuries Occur in SEPTA Bus Collision on Fairmount Ave

Philadelphia, PA (July 16, 2025) – A SEPTA bus was involved in a crash with a police vehicle early Wednesday morning, July 16.

It happened around 6:00 a.m. in the 2300 block of Fairmount Avenue in Philadelphia's Fairmount section. Police say the SEPTA bus side swiped a police vehicle. EMTs responded shortly thereafter, but it's unclear how many people were hurt. That said, police are still investigating, and officers have asked for witnesses to get in touch with additional information.
