Northumberland County, PA (July 11, 2024) – Emergency responders from multiple area departments were called at around 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, and officers confirmed that there was a crash involving a car and motorcycle that occurred at Route 147 on-ramp from Route 642 in Turbot Township, Northumberland County.
At least one person was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries. Firefighters from Turbot Township, Milton, and Potts Grove, along with an ambulance from the Warrior Run area, medics from Evangelical Community Hospital, and Pennsylvania State Police were among those called to the scene. However, local law enforcement officials are still investigating the incident, and no additional details have been released.
