Lebanon County, PA (December 2, 2024) – Troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police said that a multi-vehicle crash injured six people and damaged two homes in Lebanon County on Sunday, December 1.
According to the Lebanon Professional Firefighters on Facebook, crews responded to the 400 block of Walnut Street on Sunday night for an accident involving a vehicle colliding with a structure. Upon arrival at the scene, it was determined that three vehicles and two homes were damaged in the incident.
Lebanon City Police said in a news release that one vehicle being driven at a high rate of speed by a 16-year-old crashed into the other vehicle that did not stop at the intersection at Walnut Street with State Route 422 eastbound around 9:39 p.m. This caused one of the vehicles to hit a parked vehicle and two porches shortly thereafter.
The department said six EMS units were utilized before the incident was brought under control. All six victims were either treated at the scene or transported to local hospitals. Their conditions are unknown at this time. Meanwhile, an investigation remains ongoing, but Lebanon County officials are asking anyone who may have seen the collision to contact officers.
