Gettysburg, PA (December 4, 2024) – According to the Pennsylvania State Police, one person is dead after a fiery multi-vehicle crash on Route 15 in Adams County on Monday.
Per the Pennsylvania State Police, one person died in a crash involving three vehicles on Route 15. Police say a Lexus was traveling northbound on Route 15 when it struck the rear of a Mazda, pushing them into a Volvo. The first vehicle caught fire upon impact. Police say the driver of the second vehicle, an 88-year-old man from Pennsylvania, was transported by EMS with injuries that turned out to be fatal. Meanwhile, witnesses were asked to contact the Gettysburg PD or PSP if they had additional information. An investigation remains ongoing in the interim.
