Walter Steffy, 60, Killed in Motorcycle Accident in New Garden Twp

New Garden Twp, Pennsylvania (September 25, 2017) – Walter Steffy, 60, was killed after his motorcycle collided with a vehicle in New Garden Township, Chester County on Sunday morning.

According to The Southern Chester County Regional Police Department, the accident occurred at about 9:25 a.m. September 24 at the intersection of Penn Green Road and Cooper Road.

Steffy was riding his 1998 Harley-Davidson southbound on Penn Green Road when he collided with a 2001 Ford F-150 that was making a left turn onto Penn Green Road from Cooper Road.

Steffy was killed in the collision while the driver of the Ford, identified as Cecilio Zavala, 64, of West Grove, was unharmed.

The police are yet to establish the cause of the fatal collision.
