Unfortunately, car accidents are more fatal than people would like to believe. The disappointing fact is that negligent driving is the number one cause for all vehicle accidents. Negligent driving consists of texting, eating, falling asleep at the wheel, speeding, and driving under the influence, all of which are avoidable. If a driver is driving negligently and causes a collision that injures others, then that driver is responsible for financially assisting the injured victims’ with medical expenses and any other losses.

If investigators discover that this collision resulted from negligent behavior, then the two women’s family members could pursue a wrongful death case with the help of an attorney. No family should have to experience the tragedy of losing a loved one due to the carelessness of another person. Although no amount of money can replace a loved one, the financial support will help cover medical and funeral expenses.
