Motor Vehicle Accident in Bradford County
Ulster Township, PA (June 26, 2018) – According to the police, an accident occurred on the U.S. 220 in Bradford County on Tuesday morning at around 7:30pm. The police state that driver Duane Queen, 72, was driving northbound when he suddenly switched into the southbound lane, causing him to crash into Theodore Dildine, 61. Police further state that the crash was so severe that Dildine was transferred to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre. It’s confirmed that Dildine is suffering from a major injury. Queen was also transferred to Robert Packer Hospital, along with two other passengers in his car. It’s been confirmed that all three of them are suffering from minor injuries. After investigation, Queen has been charged with negligent driving.
Since Dildine is suffering a major injury, and Queen has been charged with negligent driving, Dildine can file a lawsuit against Queen for personal injury. Depending on Dildine’s injuries, he could be faced with high medical expenses, mental anguish, and loss of income from missing work.
