Trooper, PA – One Killed in Fatal Truck Accident on Park Ave

Trooper, PA (August 26, 2022) – Around 3 p.m. on the afternoon of Thursday, August 25, one person lost their life in a fatal truck accident in Trooper.

According to local officials, the accident happened at 500 Park Avenue in Montgomery County. Though police have not commented on the exact circumstances of the accident, they confirmed that a rollback truck and an SUV collided with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.

Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were called to the scene to help those in need. One person, who has not yet been identified, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene due to severe injuries. Nobody else was hurt as a result of the crash.

The roadway was blocked in several lanes of traffic for an extended period of time. Police worked to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
