Shenandoah, PA – Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash at PA-924 & Gold Star Plaza
Shenandoah, PA (March 2, 2022) – Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash that took place at an intersection in Shenandoah on Tuesday evening, March 1.
Pennsylvania State Police and West Mahoney Township Police confirmed that the accident happened in the evening hours at the intersection of PA-924 and Gold Star Plaza. A pickup truck and an SUV were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, resulting in a serious collision. The vehicles involved were heavily damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need.
Two people, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the crash. They were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection around 6:30 p.m. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
