Selinsgrove, PA (February 5, 2021) – Around 9:49 p.m. on Thursday night, February 4, a woman was killed in a pedestrian accident in Selinsgrove.
According to police, the accident took place on US-11 around the area of Runyan Road. Police confirmed that 32-year-old Kaylyn Selvey was crossing the highway when she was suddenly struck by the front of a Nissan Versa that was traveling north in the area. She was then struck again by a Buick Century driving in the other lane.
Paramedics were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident. The pedestrian was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The drivers of the two vehicles were not injured and remained at the scene of the crash.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
