Route 307 Two-Vehicle Collision Kills Salvatrice Bentler
Covington Township, PA (September 25, 2017) – A woman was declared dead after her vehicle was involved in a collision in Lackawanna County late Friday afternoon.
According to the police report, a pickup truck and another vehicle crashed on Route 307 on September 22, near Moscow. The two vehicles reportedly crashed at the intersection on Dorantown Road.

The manner in which the two vehicles collided was not known at the time of the report.
The driver of the second vehicle was transported to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. She was identified by the coroner as 69-year-old Salvatrice Bentler.
The incident is being investigated by the Covington Township Police.
