Unfortunately, car accidents occur more frequently than they should. The number one cause for all accidents is negligent driving. Texting, eating, conversing with a passenger, programming a GPS, and driving under the influence are all examples of negligent driving. Drivers usually multitask while driving because they think they’ll still have control over their vehicle, which is not the case. Accidents can occur within seconds of a distraction.

Because Hogdkins’ lost his life in this accident, his family could pursue a wrongful death lawsuit. Since the other two passengers suffered injuries, personal injury claims can also be filed with the help of a personal injury lawyer. It’s very unfortunate that Hodgkins lost his life in the crash. It’s also unfortunate that the other two passengers are suffering injuries.
