Ronks, PA (February 25, 2021) – Around 6:55 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, February 25, a school bus accident occurred at an intersection in Ranks.

According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of Lincoln Highway East and Eastbrook Road. Few details have been released but police confirmed that two vehicles collided with one another, one of which was a school bus. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result of the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the collision. Two ambulances were present at the scene of the accident and transported multiple victims to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. No students were on the school bus at the time.

All eastbound lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
