Pleasant Hills, PA – One Injured in Car Accident on Unknown Roadway in Pleasant Hills

Pleasant Hills, PA (July 26, 2023) – One person sustained injuries in a car accident that took place in Pleasant Hills on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 26.

According to Pleasant Hills officials, the accident happened around 1:36 p.m. on an unknown roadway in Pleasant Hills. Police confirmed that two vehicles were traveling on a roadway when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. One of the vehicles was badly damaged and a driver was trapped inside.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The person who was trapped in their vehicle was taken to the hospital ten minutes after the accident when they were extricated by fire crews. Nobody else was hurt in the accident.

The area was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police worked to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
