Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia
Pedestrians are some of the most at-risk parties on our roads in the state of Georgia. This is due to the fact that they have no protection from harm in an accident involving any type of large vehicle. Especially when a hit-and-run driver is involved in an accident, it is likely to end in catastrophic results for a pedestrian. In 2021 alone, it was reported that approximately 348 pedestrians were killed and thousands more were seriously injured in Georgia accidents. If you are somebody who has sustained injuries in a pedestrian accident, you will need to show that another party is at fault for your accident. This is not always easy to do, which is why you should speak with a legal advocate that you can trust.
