Philadelphia, PA (February 16, 2019) – On Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia, a vehicle accident took place that left three children and two adults with a variety of injuries.

The accident took place at 4 p.m. tonight in the southbound lanes of the accident near Whitaker Avenue. The three children were ejected from the vehicle at the time of the crash. It is not clear what caused the vehicles to collide.

A 5-year-old was taken to the hospital for critical injuries, while two 10-year-olds were taken to the hospital with serious injuries as well. The 35-year-old and 55-year-old adults were also injured.

Delays were expected in the area for quite some time. At this time, police continue their investigation of the accident.
