Philadelphia, PA – William Lindsay Killed in Bicycle Crash on Ridge AveLaw Pa
Philadelphia, PA (July 15, 2020) – Around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday night, a man was killed in a hit-and-run bicycle crash in Philadelphia.
The victim, identified as 32-year-old William Lindsay, was struck and killed by a vehicle at 3800 Ridge Ave. At the time, he was riding his bicycle around the area of the Laurel Hill Cemetery when he was struck by a passing vehicle that fled the scene.
Lindsay was taken to the Temple University Trauma Center but was pronounced deceased while there.
Police believe that the vehicle that struck Lindsay was headed north toward the Roosevelt Boulevard and could have damage.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
