Philadelphia, PA (December 24, 2020) – Two police officers from Philadelphia sustained injuries during a five-vehicle collision on Thursday, December 24th.
Reports confirm that the accident occurred at about 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of East Montgomery Avenue and Belgrade Street in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia.
Police stated that an SUV from the 26th district and another vehicle collided with one another. The impact sent both vehicles crashing into three parked cars.
Both officers and the driver of the SUV were all transported via ambulances to various area hospitals for medical treatment. All injuries were classified as non-life-threatening.
