Philadelphia, PA (October 9, 2021) – At 6:15 a.m. on the morning of Friday, October 8, a tractor-trailer collision with injuries occurred in Philadelphia.
According to Philadelphia Police, the accident happened on I-76 around the area of Spring Garden and Girard Avenue. Two tractor-trailers were traveling in the area when they were involved in an accident with four passenger vehicles. The exact cause of the accident is not known but it is believed that the vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One person, who has not yet been identified, was injured as a result. They were hospitalized but their condition is not yet known.
