Philadelphia, PA (November 6, 2019) – Around 11 a.m. yesterday morning, November 5th, police responded to the scene of a serious car crash that critically injured a teen.
The accident took place in West Philadelphia at the intersection of 59th and Chestnut Streets and involved a school bus and two other vehicles. At the time, an 18-year-old man was driving a black Scion and swerved into the left lane, which caused him to strike a black BMW.
