Philadelphia, PA (July 11, 2020) – Around 2:30 a.m. yesterday morning, July 10, a pedestrian hit-and-run crash took place at an intersection in Philadelphia.

The accident, according to police, took place at the intersection of North Front Street and East Seltzer Street when a vehicle struck a pedestrian.

A male driver and a female passenger got out of their vehicle and looked at the victim after they struck him. As they were fleeing the scene, they ran over the victim’s legs.

A police officer was flagged down after ten minutes when they discovered the pedestrian.

The victim was identified only as a man in his 30s or 40s. He was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.

Police continue their investigation into the collision.
