Philadelphia, PA (May 13, 2021) – On Thursday, May 13, a pedestrian accident involving injuries occurred at an outdoor dining structure in Philadelphia.

According to the police, the accident happened at Café La Maude on North 4th Street. Patrons were seated at the restaurant when a silver Nissan driving in the area struck the dining structure and a white van.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene. A total of six victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.

The area was blocked off until police were able to clear the scene.
