Philadelphia, PA – One Killed in Fatal Car Accident on Cobbs Creek Pkwy

Philadelphia, PA (March 25, 2023) – One person lost their life, and several were injured in a fatal car accident that took place in Philadelphia on Sunday morning, March 26.

According to Philadelphia Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Cobbs Creek Parkway and Greenway Avenue at 1 a.m. At least two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, leading to the collision. The vehicles involved in the accident were left with catastrophic damages.

Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. A total of three people were trapped inside their vehicle and had to be rescued by fire crews. One person was tragically pronounced dead at the scene due to traumatic injuries.
